This is an antique Japanese porcelain bowl. Hand Stenciled in a rich blue with cute rabbits paying in a center square.

Rabbits are a zodiac animal! Rabbits tend to be gentle, quiet, elegant, and alert as well as quick, skillful, kind, patient, and very responsible. if you or a loved one are born in a Rabbit year, 1999, 1987, 1975 ect. Than this antique is a perfect fit.

This dish dates back to the late Meiji Era (c. 1890) made of a high fire ceramic for lasting durability. This is done in a distinct stencil print of the late 1800's.

Measures 11" in diameter by 3 1/4" tall (28 x 8.25 cm) This bowl is in fine condition.
